Aquila Leon-Soon is a serial entrepreneur including ATS+Partners. With almost two decades years of experience of supporting the impact of entrepreneurs and organizations, she is known for her strong background in capacity building and strategy.  She believes deeply in her work with mission-driven organizations such as New York City Department of Education, Echoing Green, Los Angeles Unified School District and Partnership for Children as well as entrepreneurs through NYC Small Business Services. Personally, Aquila received her Master's in Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, a Master in Public Administration degree from Long Island University and graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy. She is a resident of New Jersey where she resides with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
